Adding a field to the POWL display in SRM 7.0

I want to add a field that shows the PO numbers for a shopping carts on the Shopping Carts tab on the POWL.

I have looked at adjusting the POWL Layout in customising but the field isn't available.

Can anyone give me some pointers as to how to achieve this.
