Add Standard Field to POWL Search and List.

Hi,

My requirement is to add Standard field and Custom Field like Company Code, ZZNAME to the Search Criteria and based on the input made i need to display the results in the output list as a column in POWL LIST.

Please do tell me which objects to change and how actually i should go about making this a possiblity since i am new in SRM.
