Activation of Add Approver in shopping cart didn't trigger mail to approver

Dear Experts,

We are working on SRM5.0, earlier add approver button was disable using badi bbp_chng_agnt_allow but now the requirement is to activate add approver button for a particular country.Although badi has been changed and add approver being active but upon creation of shopping cart approval request mail is not being triggered to the approver.Please advice in case of any additional settings required to achieve this functionality.

Hi,

Have you scheduled the RBBP_NOTIFICATION_OFFAPP program?

Does the approver have the attribute FORWARD_WI = 'X' ?
