Activating Approval Workflow for Changed SC fields in SOCO in SRM 7.02

Hello Gurus,

We are upgrading to SRM 7.02 and I activated switch framework SRM_SOURCING_2 which should then allow me to activated SRM_702_SOURCING_SC_WORKFLOW, but when I go into it there is nothing allowing me to activate it.  Is there something that I have missed?  I also do not see it in the customizing switch status overview.

Hi Gax,

Can you please first check if the manual steps of note 1616595 have all been implemented in your system? In particular for another customer which had the same problem as yours, step 3 was not

implemented, even though they were  on a higher support pack.

We implemented note 1616595.

It was Step 3 that solved the issue

Step3:

---------------------------------------------------------------

1. Go to transaction SE11.

2. Enter '/SAPSRM/V_SWITCH' for field View and click on Display button.

3. Click on 'Contents button' to see the data.

4. Go to change mode.

5. Search for customzing switch ID 'SRM_702_SOURCING_SC_CHANGE_WFL' and select it.

6. Click on Copy button.

7. In the field customzing switch ID enter 'SRM_702_SOURCING_SC_WORKFLOW'.

8.In field IMG Transaction  Code enter '/SAPSRM/01000092'.

9. In field IMG SubobjectID of Customizing switch  enter '/SAPSRM/01000092'.

10.Click display button in fornt of 'soft switch class name' field.

11. Save your entries.

12. Repeat steps from 1 to 5 under 'Step 3' and click on 'Delete' button.

13. Save your entries and exit.
