Activate "Assign to Me" in SRM

Hi,

Before we had an individual employee linked as approver to a purchase order, but this will be changed to a group of people to a group of purchase orders. Therefore we want to activate the "Assign to Me" functionality. I am trying to find documentation how/where to activate the "Assign to Me" button in SRM?
