A user cant display a contract from contract catalog in SAP portal in SRM

Hi expert,

We have got a 7.0 SRM with SAP NW 7.01 and a contract catalog. We have an incident with a user that cant display a contract despite of the fact that she has the ID´s catalogs and rights views of catalogs in PPOMA_BBP transaction. Also the user has enough authorization to see the contract and also other colleague of her, with the same atributes in PPOMA, could see this contract. Even I can see this contract by myself . Any suggestion?, can anyone help me please?

Hello María del Mar Pérez,

     Would it be possible for you to provide some screenshots. Is your user getting some error on the screen or is it a blank screen .Can you please let me know what kind of error are you getting.
