500 internal server error

Dear Experts,

I'm facing below error at the time of creation/Display of Purchase order and confirmation on the SRM portal.

SAP SRM : 7.0

Could anyone please help me resolving this error?

Hi Rupesh,

Generally, the unexpected condition that prevents the server from fulfilling the HTTP request causes "500 internal server error". Could you post dev_icm log and portal log during the error reported time for more analysis?

Thanks for your prompt reply, but could you please elaborate what action needs to be taken at my end in order to take DEV_ICM/Portal log.

What steps I need to perform to achieve the same?
