0 quantity in SES being submitted to SAP

Hi All,

We'd like to seek for your help as we are experiencing this issue where the 0 quantity entered in SES is still being sent in SAP even though we have enabled the Ariba Network rule "Require suppliers to create service entry sheets where the line item quantity is not zero", but still we are able to input 0 quantity and got the error "pls enter qty in line item 1" in SAP side. Thank you!

Hi Prem,

That is correct, we enable the rule "Require suppliers to create service entry sheets where the line item quantity is not zero" but when we tested, 0 quantity was still sent. Alright we'll do that. Thanks!
