Guided buying capability – AI/ML driven recommended alternatives for non-catalog
After delivering recommendations for catalog items in the 2305 release, we are building off this momentum with the introduction of AI-powered catalog item recommendations for non catalog requisitions in the SAP Ariba guided buying capability. This innovation can help ensure end users follow procurement policies, drive simplicity, and achieve compliance to find what’s required in catalogs.
This feature displays catalog recommendations based on user input providing dynamic updates in terms of recommended catalog items and has also been used to enhance requisition forms.
