For our May 2020 SAP Ariba Supplier Mobile app update, we are pleased to introduce new tools and functionality to improve your workflow. Here’s a summary of what we changed:

 

	Accessing & sharing documents You can view your documents in web format directly from the app menu, including collaboration requests, payments, service entry sheets, and goods receipts. Additionally, you can share your documents through email or text and include notes or instructions. Your colleagues will view it via a PDF or an embedded link.
	Responding to your customers Your notification list has been redesigned, showing you your activity feed in one place. Tap on an item to see more information. In this release, you can now flip orders into invoices, create advanced shipping notices and service entry sheets, when viewing order or opening the app menu.
