SAP Ariba Buying - Introducing Spend Consumption Reports

Based on your feedback, we're excited to introduce Spend Consumption Reports in our upcoming SAP Ariba Release 2502. These reports enhance your ability to track compliance and manage spend.

Find the new "Spend Consumption" folder under pre-packaged reports, containing two reports: PO Spend Report & Non-PO Invoice Report.

You can run these reports according to your preferred billing cycle either quarterly or yearly and can be enabled via the “EnableSpendConsumptionReports parameter”

Gain better visibility, improve compliance, and optimize your procurement spend. Happy reporting!

SAP Ariba Buying - Price Validation for Requisition Import

Great news! Our latest release introduces price validation for requisition imports.

Now, imported requisitions automatically submit when line item prices are equal to or lower than catalog prices. If a price is higher, an error message appears, prompting users to review and update before submission. This enhancement ensures accurate pricing and smoother requisition processing

We can't wait for you to experience these exciting changes and look forward to your valuable feedback. Stay tuned for more exciting updates through the course of 2025.
