TLDR: The 2021 Developer Insights Survey is over, but stand by for the next opportunity to contribute in January, 2022
As part of the Developer Relations and Community team, I can tell you that we do more work than ever to target technical content to your needs. A key input has become our annual SAP Developer Insights Survey.
We still call it a Developer Survey but we know that "Developer" is a term that does not quite capture the range of roles building modern software. We're looking to cast a wide net.
If you design, develop, or test software for SAP applications, platforms, or data: we have questions for you.

This year's survey is designed to be short and to the point. Some questions correlate to past questions so that we can identify trends. A few questions focus on how your role might have changed in 2020. Your responses are anonymous.
The survey is open for the entire month of February. It takes about ten minutes to complete.
As with past years, we'll publish an external report summarizing the results along with our own observations.
