Influencing features via Authorization Object
SRM UI Add-On delivers advanced features which are accessible based on a role that is assigned to a user. Customers can assign the role /SRMNXP/EMPLOYEE to users, or copy this role to a custom role and assign the role to users, based on which the different advanced features will be accessible for the users
.The authority object S_SSP_ADV is delivered with authorization profile which is assigned to the role /SRMNXP/EMPLOYEE. The authority object S_SSP_ADV has different activities, selection or de-selection of these activities influences different features.
A free text item (a product/service which is not available in the catalog or in product master) could be added to the Shopping cart via the feature, ‘Can’t Find’.
This ‘Can’t Find’ feature is accessible via the navigation tab or via link which is displayed on an unsuccessful search for a product/service from search screen. This behavior is controlled by the activities S_CFTL and S_CF_L of the authority object S_SSP_ADV.

The following table describes the behavior on selecting and deselecting the activities S_CFTL and S_CF_L in the authority object S_SSP_ADV.

‘Configurable forms’ is a feature with which custom forms could be created by customers for different services.
‘Limit Order’ is a standard form delivered by SAP. With this, limit item could be added to a shopping cart.
Configurable forms feature is available via the ‘Services’ navigation tab or via ‘Other Services’ link which is displayed on an unsuccessful search for a product/service. This behavior is controlled by the activities S_SVTL and S_SV_L of the authority object S_SSP_ADV.

The Shopping carts for which the login user is the requestor, will be listed in the ‘My Carts’ navigation tab.
There is an option to create confirmation at the Shopping cart header level (for each Purchase order item, confirmation could be created via this option).This feature which is available for every shopping cart that is listed, will be available only if the activity S_CRCP of the authority object S_SSP_ADV is selected.

When this activity is selected, on search of a Product/Material in the search screen, the search will be based on the product categories assigned for the user in PPOMA_BBP.
When this activity is not selected, on search of a Product/Material in the search screen, the search will be based on all the product categories.
