Recently I have faced an issue related to attribute inheritance in PPOMA_BBP and I would like to share with you.
When setting ANR attribute in PPOMA_BBP at a high level (company, for example), organization/units/users assigned to this company did not inherit attribute content.
After some research, I could see that this is maintained in table T77OMATTR, where you can customize the following:
- Normal inheritance;
- Local values overwrite inherited values;
- No inheritance;
- Inherited values can not be redefined locally.
For my case, ANR attribute was set as "No inheritance".
After setting it to "Normal inheritance", users assigned to the company are inheriting such attribute.
