Why the payment term sometimes can not be withdrawed?
When the bidder create the response the RFx, sometimes, the payment term can be withdrawed by default.
the root cause is that the following field is empty:
BBP_PDHGP-CO_CODE
BBP_PDHGP-LOGSYS_FI
