SCs can get locked by buyers if they proceed to step 2 of SoCo and discontinue.
System stores the details of the locked SCs in SPERS_OBJ table in SRM.
The field name OBJECT_ID has the Shopping Cart id and PERSONALISATION OBJECT has details of the user id.
