Supplier Risk Segmentation and Analysis (ARI-20913)

Ever wanted a broader insight into your suppliers’ risks based on their geographical and commodity attributes? The Supplier Risk Segmentation and Analysis feature allows SAP Ariba Supplier Risk users to precisely do that. You can now view suppliers segmented by country/region and commodity risk and even export these segmentation reports to a spreadsheet. This granular visibility aids in making well-informed decisions, ensuring your supply chain is robust against potential vulnerabilities and allowing for the prioritization of suppliers requiring additional analysis and action.

Keeping your assessments up-to-date is crucial. With the Self-Assessed Questionnaire Version Upgrade Notification, when a buyer sends a modular questionnaire for supplier assessment, the system compares the existing version in SAP Ariba Supplier Risk with the version on the SAP Business Network. If the latter is more recent, an alert icon is displayed, and the authorized buyer administrator receives an email prompt. This feature ensures you always utilize the most current assessment version, maintaining alignment and accuracy in your assessment process.

Multiple Supplier Engagement Request Status and Administrative Functionalities (ARI-22417)

Efficiency is key, especially when managing multiple engagements. The Multiple Supplier Engagement Request Status and Administrative Functionalities feature allows you to monitor the status of Bulk Engagement Requests and Send Assessments. Risk Exposure Calculation Model Improvements (ARI-22870)

The updated Risk Exposure Calculation Model now combines the incident and supplier models to provide a robust view of a supplier’s potential risk exposure. By integrating data from both models, this enhancement presents a clearer and more precise risk landscape, empowering you to take more proactive measures.

Filter Alerts by Risk Category (ARI-23782)

Navigating through numerous alerts can be daunting. The new Filter Alerts by Risk Category feature introduces a search filter for the Risk Category in the Alerts area. This enables more refined searches based on one or more risk categories, helping you zero in on the most critical alerts and respond swiftly.

Import Country Risk Score to Configure Risk Exposure (ARI-23844)

Customization is at the heart of personalized risk management. The Import Country Risk Score to Configure Risk Exposure feature allows you to import and utilize your own country risk score information, rather than relying solely on the default World Economic Forum (WEF) data. This flexibility ensures you can configure risk exposure of suppliers using the most relevant and specific data to your organization.

Activity Status in the Supplier Profile Summary (NGSM-3108)

Quick access to a supplier's activity status is now a reality. The Activity Status in the Supplier Profile Summary feature prominently displays if a supplier is inactive or has a common block directly in the header of their profile summary. This visibility ensures you are always aware of the supplier’s current status, supporting smooth transaction and supplier management activities.

Navigation Between Guided Sourcing Pages and the Supplier Profile Summary (NGSM-4725)

Experience seamless navigation between sourcing workflows with the Navigation Between Guided Sourcing Pages and the Supplier Profile Summary. Category managers and sourcing users can now open the profile summary from common guided sourcing workflows and utilize breadcrumbs for easy navigation back to events and other pages. This integration streamlines your workflow, making information access and task execution more efficient.
