Guided Sourcing Integration with SAP WalkMe   [SOURCE-2530]

We’re excited to bring SAP WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform to Guided Sourcing. This integration provides step-by-step tours and tooltips directly in the UI to help users complete tasks confidently and quickly.

Just launch a WalkMe tour and get guided support through each step - available in all SAP Ariba-supported languages and major browsers.  It helps users ramp up faster, reduces support queries, and ensures consistency in how sourcing events are set up and managed.

 Bonus-Penalty in Guided Sourcing [SOURCE-1253]

Sourcing large-scale events often comes with a high volume of bids and variables. Our new Bonus-Penalty feature helps buyers and evaluators make more objective, transparent decisions.

You can now assign bonus or penalty values to supplier bids during the grading and scoring process. This lets you incorporate qualitative considerations—like sustainability practices or delivery timelines—directly into your bid evaluations. It brings clarity and fairness to supplier selection in complex events, helping teams align supplier choices with business goals.

View Period Quantity Assignments of Line Items on a Graph in Guided Sourcing [PSOURCE-1370]

Planning and analyzing time-based sourcing events just got easier. With this enhancement, buyers can now visualize quantity values per validity period using a bar chart, directly in the Guided Sourcing interface.

Clicking on a line item’s quantity value opens a graphical breakdown—no more guessing or toggling between spreadsheets. Plus, when the “Enable period quantity” condition is active, the total is now read-only, ensuring data consistency. This provides a quick and intuitive way to understand how quantities are distributed across time periods—perfect for more accurate planning and decision-making.

SAP Task Center Integration with SAP Ariba Contracts [SCONTR-1210]

Navigating approvals doesn’t need to be a labyrinth. With our new SAP Task Center integration, buyers can now process approval tasks directly assigned to them from SAP Ariba Contracts. This feature bridges the gap between task creation and completion, offering a clear and direct path for approvals. By centralizing these tasks, users can expect faster turnaround times and reduced administrative overhead.

The SAP Task Center service enables integration with SAP and non-SAP applications to provide a single entry point for end users to access all their assigned tasks. You can use SAP Task Center as a unified inbox for tasks across multiple applications with integrated user experience. Tasks from multiple SAP solutions are gathered in one list and ready to be processed in just one click, shortening the completion time for business-critical tasks. For example, business users can process all their tasks from the connected systems, without the need to switch and log in separately into different inboxes.

User Interface Enhancements for Non-Disclosure Agreement Contracts [SCONTR-1395]

Navigating non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) just got easier. Our enhanced user interface for managing NDA contracts introduces several changes that enhance visibility and accessibility. This ensures clarity and ease-of-use, making the management of sensitive agreements less cumbersome. Whether you're creating, tracking, or archiving NDAs, our streamlined interface is designed to simplify each step, allowing users to focus on what matters most—business confidentiality and compliance.  Changes to the User Interface include:

  • The filter bar, previously located at the top of the Manage NDA Templates and the Manage NDAs pages, is now placed inside the data table on each respective page.
  • The icon for sorting data with each column is changed.
  • There are font style changes on the Manage NDA Templates and the Manage NDAs pages to emphasize titles, default input text fields, data entries in tables, and more.
