The standard SAP Integration with Concur Solutions (SAP ICS) makes it really easy to quickly setup and configure an integration between your S/4HANA Public Cloud system and SAP Concur. Our Concur Service Delivery team have helped many clients in getting this setup, but there are certain issues we often see clients run into. For S/4HANA Public Cloud the integration is available by default, but there are still a few things you can check upfront.
The purpose of this article is to give a quick and simple overview of the guidelines to ensure you are best prepared for a smooth integration.
Your system will automatically receive the latest software version, as the integration function is delivered as a core feature and no longer as an add-on.
Authorizations and AuthProfiles should be assigned according to the Master Guide.
For SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud systems, SAP Concur is available as a standardized catalog integration, without the need for additional add-on installation. It will be automatically updated along with your cloud system.
