Policy Compliance

This dashboard provides a detailed summary of your users' adherence to company policies by monitoring expense exceptions. It enables you to assess whether users and approvers correctly understand and follow the policy. By examining various metrics, you can implement corrective actions, such as reaching out to users or adjusting the policy as needed. An input control feature allows you to toggle between exceptions related to entire claims or individual expenses.

  • Number of Exceptions: Total of Exceptions attached to expenses.
  • Exception Volume / Amount Over Time: Revealing the evolution of exceptions over time.
  • Top Policy Exceptions: Providing a top exceptions analysis, in term of amount, occurrences and number of employees.
  • Top Employees with Highest No of Exceptions: identifying users with the highest number of exceptions.
  • Top Expenses with Highest No of Exceptions: Providing a ranking of the Expense Types with most exceptions attached to them.
  • Number of Exceptions by Approval Status: displaying the exceptions’ repartition by Expense Reports statuses.
  • Exceptions details: The exhaustive list and breakdown of all occurrences.
