Nichole Smith, Vice President of Sales (SAP), is a certified SAP solution architect who started her career in consulting, implementing SAP solutions, before moving into sales early in her career. She has been with SAP for 10 years and has had various sales roles. Currently, Nichole leads the team of Industry AEs that sell the overall SAP portfolio into named, manufacturing-industry customers.

Mariyah Saifuddin is the co-founder and CEO of Innovative Solution Partners, an SAP Services Partner, specializing in business intelligence services. Since 1999, Innovative Solution Partners has been helping businesses connect the dots between people, operations, and technology. Mariyah’s 20+ years of IT and entrepreneurship experience allows her firm to help clients maximize every one of their IT dollars to drive business growth. She serves as the President-Elect for the National Association of Women Business Owners Greater Detroit Chapter and as a Director on the Board of CARES in Farmington Hills.
