On February 16, 2025, SAP hosted the Networking Female Leader Event at the FCB Campus in Munich – a powerful initiative by SAP Marketing, SAPBWNMunich, and SAP Women in Tech, highlighting leadership, teamwork, and diversity.
One of the most exciting moments was the panel discussion "What Do Football and Business Have in Common?", where I had the pleasure of joining Bianca “Jay” Rech (FC Bayern) and Michaela Schulz to explore the similarities between team dynamics in sports and successful collaboration in business.
