DESCRIPTION:
This Academic Lesson exposes students to SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Datasphere, two tools to facilitate governed management, storage and sharing of an organization’s data from various sources. In the first Activity of the Academic Lesson, students will learn about the benefits of using SAP Business Data Cloud to connect to and prepare data for analysis. Through SAP Business Data Cloud, businesses have access to ready-to-use Insight Apps or may use machine learning or other mechanisms to analyze available business data. In the second Activity, students will learn more about how data from multiple sources may be stored and shared using SAP Datasphere, SAP’s public-cloud-based business data fabric. SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Datasphere work together to provide businesses with reliable, user-friendly data analysis without the tedium of manual extraction and transformation.
