Dear Heather_UA,
Thank you so much for your helpful posts and continuous support provided here.

My university status was successfully verified on April 9, 2025. I was informed that the activation process for the SAP Learning Hub, student edition, may take up to one business day. However, I am still waiting for access.
Could you please let me know if this delay is normal, or if there is an issue with my request? Is there an email address I can contact to follow up on the status?

@laroussi_merhbene34 thanks for the question.  If you received the message that your registration was successfully verified you should have received an email from SAP within 1-2 days (depending on what time your registration was verified).  It may have been caught in your SPAM folder. The email comes from "SAP ID Service" with the subject line indicating "access to your license".

You can also confirm your subscription by going to https://learning.sap.com/lecturers.  In the upper right corner click on the person icon to log-in with your SAP Universal ID.  then click on the “My Learning” option on the tool bar at top of the page. Then choose “subscription”.  You will see a list of active and subscriptions. 

Last option is to create a ticket for the learning team to assist.  https://learning.sap.com/helpcenter/learninghub-subscription has a "create case" link at the bottom.  The support team is very helpful.

I hope that the support team was able to help.  Some parts of the world had an extended holiday weekend so your support ticket may be in the queue.  If you do not get resolution by Tuesday please contact me via email:  universityalliances@SAP.com.  I will collect further details (like your email address, university you teach at, etc) directly instead of a public chat and see what we can do to resolve.
