SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS) are technical service subscriptions for SAP private cloud contracts. Designed to supplement existing SAP cloud services, it simplifies the operation of the SAP solution landscape.
The technical services aim to enhance the operation and maintenance of SAP software in customers private cloud. With these services, customers get to enjoy the benefit of a smoothly run, constantly updated system, not unlike having a dedicated team ensuring all the gym equipment working flawlessly and effectively. So SAP customers can focus fully on their fitness.
Depending on the operational needs, SAP offers two types of SAP Cloud Application Services - predefined fixed packages and customer specific tailored packages. Be it everyday administrative tasks or highly specialized support, the respective services cater for all and can be tailored depending specific needs.

As customer, you can count on your direct contact, the CDM, for successful service implementation. From observing Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards to timely service progress reports and proactive suggestions, the CDM collaborates closely with your team and SAP CAS resources. CDMs also administrate or request additional services or support the Renewal-Process.
This is the hub for the processing of all SAP CAS tickets that promises service delivery within agreed service hours. The Service Desk seamlessly integrates with SAP's service and support offerings, especially in SAP Enterprise Support, Cloud Edition.
This is the customer-assigned delivery team which takes charge of managing issues, change requests, service requests, consulting, continuous improvement and monitoring activities with expert understanding of customers SAP landscapes.
