I am part of a partner organization for SAP.

I have above 2 years of experience in SAP Field.

I Joined the new company just two months before.

I found from the certification criteria that one should have served 12 months with the current employer.

But would you accept a No Objection Certificate and a 12 months bond certificate from my current employer and allow me to take up a certification.

I would like to appear for SAP MDM Associate Certification.

Hi Vijayasarathy,

Unfortunately as per the SAP policy 1 year with the current organization is mandatory. I do not think as per their policy they will allow you to appear in the certification exam before completeing 1 year with the current organization, however it may change as per partner company as well. I have heard many cases where SAP allowed candidates to appear in certification before completing 1 year with the new organization but thats all based on SAP only.

Please check with SAP in reagads to it and write a mail to them about confirming it.
