Standard Upload Tool

Hi,

Does SAP provide a standard upload tool which users can access to connect with the instance and help in uploading standard journals, sub ledger transactions, master data etc. So we do not need to define custom interface/enhancement for each one of them.


Oracle has a tool called Web ADI, which is nothing but an well defined excel macros. We can connect to the apps and load transactions/master data etc.


Please share if you have any notes on this.

SAP uses a tool called legacy system migration workbench, there are many great document available to help you, just search for LSMW.
