Quick question. Will there be a SDN day the day before TechEd in Munich this year?

Thanks Rich for answering. To extend the answer...there will be an SAP Community Day which expands the SDN Day of '06 in 3 locations: Vegas, Munich and Bangalore. This will happen one day before each of the TechEds so that means that they will be held:

Las Vegas- Monday October 1

Munich – Tuesday October 16

Bangalore – Tuesday November 27

It's exciting that people are already expressing interest. Now, as we work to embrace and bridge the communities there will be combined networking opportunities with BPX members as well and expanded topic offerings during BOF and roundtable sessions.

Stay tuned, as I'm sure that when Mark Finnern returns from his travels he will be updating pages here with lots of info about content, sessions, networking opportunities and more.

Can we hope to see you in Munich, Paul? Since presenting seems to be up your alley (judging from your business card) there are opportunities for that as well!

I believe that it is planned for Vegas and Munich, but I also understand that it may be renamed. I will yield to the SDN people to make an offical announcement.

Hi Marilyn,

Thankyou for that. I had a free invite for last year - but unfortunately was the person left holding the fort whilst everyone else went to Amsterdam :(.

But I will be in Munich, I was just making sure that I get the time off to come to the sdn day as well as TechEd itself.

If I can think of anything to present on, I will quite happily put a proposal forward.

BTW - Marilyn, did you used to work out of the Foster City office? I recognise your face from your business card.

Hi Paul,

And your name is familiar to me too, but it might just be from this online environment where I am glad to see you posting.

You probably saw me in Foster City when I did the ABAP teaching gig (7 or so years). I ocassionally gave classes there as I traveled the Americas (US, Canada and the ocassional Carribean) to do my stint: each week a new location. I love my online environment.
