Hi Prem,
The exam format for XI/PI Developer is C_TBIT44_70 (NW 7.0), and it lists the following training courses: TBIT40, TBIT44, BIT400, BIT402, BIT430, BIT460.
You can find details about the SAP PI 7.0 Developer Certification at the following URL: http://www.sap.com/services/education/certification/certificationtest.epx?context=FFC760B8923D16BB51...
I would recommend validating that you have attended and covered during your training the topics contained in each course description.
If you feel that you have understood the courses content, and have practical experience with the XI/PI tools, then you should feel comfortable taking the exam (I believe the passing grade is between 50% and 65% for this exam).
If you feel this response was valuable to you, please reward accordingly.
Regards,
Joseph

Hi Prem,
As per the SAP policy that I am aware of either you should have 2 yrs of exp in SAP technologies or you should have attended training from SAP or its authorized centers. As you do not qualify on the first criteria of 2 yrs; if you have attended this training from any SAP authorized centers then you are eligible to write the SAP XI certification.
To have more information or any clarification visit the SAP websites and you can write to SAP also by clicking on the link below "Contact SAP":
