SAP Teched 2018 My Agenda login fails

I have registered successfully for SAP Tech Ed Bangalore 2018 and have received Confirmation ID as well.

When i try to login to my agenda, i am getting incorrect user-id/Password error.

There is no option of resetting the password as well.

Anyone else facing the same issue ?

Hi Vaibhav,

Where exactly do you try to open "My Agenda" ?!?!

• First of all: Please make sure to use Mozilla Firefox 27 or higher, Safari 7 or higher, Chrome 22 or higher or Internet Explorer 11 or higher. If your browser is older, you may have trouble with security settings and/or viewing many of the web site features properly
• Second: Make sure to go to https://sessioncatalog.sapevents.com/go/agendabuilder.myagenda/?l=193&locale=en_US , then choose TAB "Agenda & Settings" - menu item: "My Agenda" (last item in list).

You should now see this:

Thanks for your response.

I am still facing the issue. I have tried opening it on Internet Explorer 11 and Chrome 70 but the issue remains.

I tried login using email Id as well as Registration Confirmation Number.

I get the error message as follows :

Login failed! Please confirm your E-Mail / Registration Confirmation Number + Password are correct

However I am able to login to the SAP TechEd Login Page with the same credentials and able to see the Registration Confirmation message.

Did you try the option: "Re-set my password"?

If you did all that you may try one more thing before you send a mail to the TechEd registration people: Clear all the history data from your browser! That has helped me before, with other problems i had when using the TechEd websites... - if that does not help, you should send a mail to the registration mail address that you received when you did your registration.
