I have registered for the upcoming SAP Teched 2015 - Las Vegas.  But was not able to sign-up for any of the workshop sessions.  Please advice.

Do you mean hands-on sessions?  Those are not open yet for registration.  If you mean ASUG pre-conference sessions (Monday, October 19th) , those are now open for registration - see ASUG.com - SAP TechEd
