Registration Hitches

Hi

I plan to attend SAP TechED in India from Nigeria. I've been too tied up to consider the Las-Vegas or Munich, but the timing is fine for Bangalore. I sent mails to endtoend marketing as required, but the mails keep returning, saying their email quota has been exceeded. I also sent a mail to SAP, but got no reply. I need to know what account I'd have to do the wire transfer to for registration, etc.

Can anyone help me out?
