Adi - you can submit a blog for review and the SAP team will review it, and then they will either publish it or send it back to you for feedback. If 2 blogs are posted then your blogs no longer need to be reviewed.

My question was with regards to TechEd 2018 Bangalore competition post - how could i submit both the Blog and the short video for the same?

Hello Adi,

As a Subscriber, you cannot submit a draft blogpost; you need to have Contributor level permissions first.
