Add user-defined menu to GUI toolbar

Hello,

I need to integrate an input field in the GUI toolbar (the bar where the transaction input field, save button etc. reside). Does someone have experience with this and knows how to do this? Especially I am looking for the dynpro element where to modify the standard GUI layout.

Hello Daniel,

I don't think that this is possible. Or have you ever seen a SAP Standard Transaction that does this?

Hello Gregor,

I have to admit that I have never seen such an embedded field in the GUI toolbar. The question comes up from a customer who wants to include another input field in the toolbar, so every hint is welcome.
