The SAP Control Center concept explained

The Control Center concept by SAP Active Global Support is probably one of the most exciting one I learn about here at #SAPTechEd.

At the core of this new concept, Active Global Support is embedded very early on in the project to ensure that the implementation is going smoothly and there is consistency and continuity throughout the entire project.

It consists of three main elements:

  • The Innovation Control Center supports the implementation of new software
  • The Operation Control Center supports the operational phase of a software
  • The Mission Control Center is the extended back-office on the SAP side and bring all the expertise of the SAP eco-system
