SAP Jam Sunset Update - Part One: "SAP Jam Sunset Update & What’s Next"

SAP has made the strategic decision to exit the collaboration space and move into the Employee Workplace Experience space with a forward-looking and industry-leading solution, SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone. 

The plan is to sunset SAP Jam in January 2027. 

It is important to note that while SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone contains many of the existing SAP JAM features, it is not to be positioned as a successor product to any of the SAP Jam Editions, given the vast additional capabilities and shift in product focus.
