With Joule becoming available in more data centres we can expect more customers to start adopting. But what do you think about these questions:
Looking forward to getting some experts to share thoughts!

1) As it's meant to improve UX, forcing people to write in a language they are not confident in defeats the purpose. Also, AI is not great at dealing with language errors - especially "false friends". But other languages are coming very soon, as far as I understand
2) That would be an important feature. I'd expect it to by on short term roadmap - maybe SAP colleagues can comment?
3) Maybe not a huge issue for early days, but again, I'd expect this to change, as users expect a one-stop-shop.
At the current stage, which I would describe as experimentation anyway (I guess nobody in their right mind is relying on a convAI bot as the only or main communication channel of an importing topic, today), imo customers can live with it, but I really expect these gaps to be closed no later than 2025.

Hi @ErikEbertDK , @svenringling1
LLM increasingly includes support in “foreign” languages, not just English. However, I agree about Joule and fully support the concern, currently working with non-English speakers (or writers).
I would like to share a relevant playlist about SAP AI in various language
Hope the Joule's product owner will join this topic. Is there a related post on Influence portal ?

With 1H 2025 release, Joule is now available in 10 more languages, incl. German, French, Spanish ...
Supposedly ... if a company has Joule in SuccessFactors and another in S/4 and a third in Concur, they will know each other and be able to hand over a process to each other. This might (might not) require something custom built on the BTP side, but it should be achieveable. Still waiting for Joule Builder ...
