Dear Valued Customer,

The SAP MaxAttention Innovation Workshop focusing on ‘Business Process Intelligence with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite’ took place virtually on October 17, 2024. Please find the agenda here.

The workshop began with a warm welcome and a brief introduction, setting the stage for an in-depth look at the SAP Signavio Transformation Suite. We navigated through each key application in the suite, highlighting its features and real-world applications. The day included several deep-dive sessions accompanied by live demonstrations, showcasing how SAP Signavio can elevate process management. We wrapped up the workshop with an overview of SAP Signavio Services offered through our Premium Engagements and concluded with final remarks.

Here’s a recap of the major SAP Signavio applications explored during the workshop: 

  1. Realizing Tangible Value with SAP Signavio Process Insights 
  • In this session, we presented how SAP Signavio Process Insights can support our customers during their SAP Signavio Transformation Suite journey. This session explained how to rapidly analyse their current business processes and provide more clarity on where they need to prioritize on their S/4HANA journey. It also explained how to discover areas for improvement and automation within SAP business processes and understanding on how to implement the recommended corrections and innovation actions. 

Our aim was to provide the insights into the SAP Signavio solution around how customers can quickly understand where they have issues and gaps and equip them to adapt and improve at scale. 

  1. Enhancing Transparency, Compliance, and Collaboration with SAP Signavio Process Manager 
  • In this session we demonstrated how SAP Signavio Process Manager helps jump start digital transformation using readily available best practice content and enables to increase transparency by collaborating with peers to document, model, design and simulate processes, as well as outline their interconnection to create a shared understanding with increased performance at scale. 
  1. Achieving Full Visibility with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence 
  • In this session we presented the various features of SAP Signavio Process Intelligence. We demonstrated the usage of Value Accelerator Library content to jump-start your digital transformation journey by leveraging the pre-packaged content provided across different business processes and industries. We also showcased the capabilities of SAP Signavio to connect to various SAP & non-SAP systems and the various visualization options provided by SAP Signavio. We also touched upon features like Live Insights, Metrics Library & Auto Insights which simplify and improve the time to get insights. We also touched upon the future roadmap items for SAP Signavio Process Intelligence 
  1. SAP Signavio Premium Engagement Services 
  • During this session, we presented how SAP Premium Engagement team can support our customers during their SAP Signavio Transformation Suite journey. This session detailed the various SAP offerings / services portfolio which includes Advisory, Assessment, Improvement, Implementation services. We also explained how customers can take advantage of these services in their current situation / implementation phases and improve / accelerate their business transformation. 

The workshop was highly interactive, and we hope attendees gained valuable insights on leveraging the SAP Signavio Transformation Suite to support their organization’s Business Transformation goals. Our goal was to equip attendees to jumpstart their business transformation journey using the SAP Signavio Transformation Suite.
