WPB Producer does not record in SAP GUI

Hi,

I have a user with WPB Producer installed in her computer, but when she tries to create a recording in SAP, the recording bar still ready for record even when several clicks are done and input text fields filled up. All the configuration settings in SAP and IE were done. I'm out of ideas with this matter, as if we try to record another application (IE, Outlook, etc) WPB Producer records everything successfully, the problem only relies on SAP. WPB Producer was reinstalled and repaired and the problem continues. Even Instant Producer is not recording in SAP.

Does somebody had experienced this situation and how it was solved?

Hi Evalena,

Kindly check again once, Listed the below settings are Check / Uncheck.

Accessibility & Scripting -> Scripting -> User Setting

1. Enable Scripting option

2. Uncheck all field under enable scripting

What SAP GUI version is used ???
