I want get into SAP ABAP online training. I have little confusion about certification.

that if I get only training and do not do certification of ABAP than would I get job?

Please resolve my confusion...

Hi Sanjay,

Since majority of the SAP experts are not certified,you shouldn't worry about employment. If you have the knowledge to perform your job, then everything else is secondary. So work hard, elevate your knowledge base and go get a job. After that if you want to decorate your resume you can go get a certification. Good luck.

Do not get confused, this is an interesting question and one that leads to different paradigms.

Well, have an official certificate will open many opportunities, do not deny, but he's just a "paper". What will matter to you is all the baggage that you acquired during the training time and working time, but this is what will set you up with a good professional. Just NEVER forget to always be as professional as possible, that's the real key to success.

How many companies will depend heavily on your approach at time of interview, the certificate at this time would be a differential only.
