Why the expiry date of SF "Certified Professional" in Credly is not updated after Stay Current test

I have completed the SuccessFactors Stay Current assessment in Jan 2025.

The expiry date of "SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant" is updated for anothter year to Jan 2026 in Credly after the assessment is taken.

However, the expiry date of "SAP Certified Professional Application Consultant" is still shown as "Mar 2025".

What should I do to get this fixed? Thanks a lot.

Hi @imlty00

The specific verbiage as it relates to SAP SuccessFactors Professional level certification is pasted below for quick reference:

Please be aware that if you hold an SAP SuccessFactors Professional level certification, it will not appear on the SAP Learning site. However, your current Professional badge remains valid as long as you have fulfilled the Stay Certified requirement. After the March 31 deadline, all Professional certifications will be reviewed and extended. To keep your Professional credential, make sure to complete the Stay Certified course before the March 31 deadline.

Kind regards
Margit

Hi @Margit_Wagner Margit, Sorry but I need to reopen this question again. It's because I checked my SFSF Professional Certification again today 1 Apr 2025 on Credly but found out that my Professional Cert is now shown as "Expired on 31 Mar 2025", which is different from the response that you replied: "After the March 31 deadline, all Professional certifications will be reviewed and extended." Can you please help to check with your experts again?

Hi @Margit_Wagner, I'm having the same issue. I opened this ticket 15 days ago 5000122451 but no answer. As I found the answer in this thread I was awaiting to get it renovated but now it's being shown as expired. Could you please help checking this? Thanks!
