I'm on a trip abroad. I was able to access my profile history (Current modules, live sessions, completed modules and practice systems) for the first two days. Today when I logged in, all of them are missing. When I try to register for a practice system, for instance, I was routed to Learning Hub subscription page. I tried to create a case but the I got "internal server error." I tried chatting, but it was useless. I attempted to call the support line, the prompts are not better than the chat, with very little context to the problem I'm trying to resolve.

Meanwhile I reached out an SAP experts and discussed the issue you reported.
This is his recommendation:
For the missing learning history, please ensure you have a valid licenses and that you choose the ID associate with the subscription in SAP Universal ID pop-up.
