In our organization, roles can't be granted to users if they were not trained on the processes and systems.
Processes are mapped to job positions.
Job positions are mapped to roles.
Roles are mapped to training modules/sessions.
What is the most appropriate tool/application to keep those mapping and maintain them? We need something more efficient and reliable than a excel file.
