Which one is better SAP HCM certification or training in success factor

Hello Experts,

I have 2.5 yrs of experience in SAP Travel Management and 1 year of experience in HCM testing OM,PA and CATS.

I am unable to find opportunity in my current company.

Could you please advise whether I should go for SAP HCM certification or Training on Success Factor.

Kindly advise.

hi bishant,

dont leave your company to learn sap successfactors. because you cannot take proper training on sap successfactors. and you cannot do certification on sap successfactors out side. only internally you can take training and certification on successfactors, if your company is partner of sap.internally you can move from sap hcm to sap successfactors.
