Which one is better SAP HCM certification or training in success factor

Hello Experts,

I have 2.5 yrs of experience in SAP Travel Management and 1 year of experience in HCM testing OM,PA and CATS.

I am unable to find opportunity in my current company.

Could you please advise whether I should go for SAP HCM certification or Training on Success Factor.

Kindly advise.

Go for Training in Success factor, so you can acquire more knowledge & Then Certification.

Because market started well with Success Factors.

Also SAP Takeover's such as Success factors, Ariba and now Fieldglass are latest.
