Please help me which HANA certification is better for ABAPer from the below list

C_HANADEV_16 - SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP HANA 2.0 SPS04

C_TAW12_750 - SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.50

E_HANAAW_14 - SAP Certified Development Specialist - ABAP for SAP HANA 2.0

E_HANAAW_16 - SAP Certified Development Specialist - ABAP for SAP HANA 2.0

Recommend you to go through the ABAP LEARNING JOURNEY Link and the compare your current profile with this Journey. The Journey Link provides a clear and detail information on how the Journey for an ABAPer should be.

Then you can decide for yourself what you have to do with your certification. From the list given by you, below would be preferred sequence.

C_TAW12_750 - SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.50

E_HANAAW_16 - SAP Certified Development Specialist - ABAP for SAP HANA 2.0 --> E_HANAAW_14 is not required as E_HANAAW_16 covers additional content.

Above two suggestion are only for ABAPer, in case if you are interested in additional certifications recommend you go through the details of the respective certificate in CERTIFICATIONS and then check and validate the content of the certificates with your competency.
