Where to view certifications

I've tried logging in to SAP Credential Manager and recevied the message about using Acclaim and that an account should have been made for me. I've tried resetting an Acclaim password with my email but I had to make a new account. I now see no way of getting my certification added here. Has anyone else faced this issue?
