what's the difference between C_ARP2P_2302 and C_ARP2P_2308

I was studying C_ARP2P_2302 previously on July, I have to drop it for weeks due to my work. When I return today I noticed that the origional page for C_ARP2P_2302 I saved was disappeared! It turns out it is now replaced by C_ARP2P_2308. My question is:

- what is the difference between these two and how often does SAP updates/replace the course like this?

- What has been updated between these two? I did not able to see any announcement regarding this update.
