hi Verma contact Head of SAP Education Mageshwari Ramaiah if you are out side of India you can also contact  .They should able to clarify and resolve your issue.

First of all Congrats on clearing your certification . you have to contact your local sap center for getting your certification ,  if you have given your correct contact address you will get certificate to your postal address mentioned . i got my certification after 4 weeks .
