What are the different finance processes and how does it reflect in ECC and HANA?

I am a dual certified consultant. I am certified in Financial Accounting on ECC 6.0 EHP 7 and now in SAP S/4 HANA FI 1809.

I was asked to detail all the business processes in Finance and describe how it's carried out in ECC and in HANA.

If someone would guide on how I need to approach this task it would be great. Also, any useful tutorials or articles regarding this please do share it with me.

Structure your answer in following categories :

1) Data-Model Changes --> e.g. ACDOCA, ACDOCP, MATDOC, Asset-Tables, COPA tables changes.

2) New-Process/Innovations in S/4 Finance which are not in ECC --> e.g. Business-Partner [BP] instead of customer &vendor, Simplified Universal Journal, Valuation thru ML, FSCM Credit-Management, Revenue Recog. thru RAR etc

3) Depriciated TCODES & processess which are no-longer available in S/4HANA --> you can get these from SAP NOTEs

4) FIORI - Apps and Analytics --> FIORI APP Library is good source to start with. S4HANA help link is also good.

5) Analytics in Finance --> CDS views , Multi-dimentional reporting

6) Machile-learning, IOT processess in S/4HANA - The latest version has incorporated these SMART features.
